TripFox24.com is a platform of internet services supplied by the Spanish company Solarcor SL - Fuerteventura, 35627 Costa Calma, Fuerteventura, listed in the merchant register in Fuerteventura, in the "tomo 132, folio 218, hoja IF-6091, inscripción 1a" and accessible  via the web site www.tripfox24.com.
TripFox24.com is a online advertising portal for trips, sports, holiday and leisure activities worldwide. The advertisements are created directly by the operator themselves (from now on to be known as members or operator) so that the tenants (from now on to be known as users or tourists) can contact them directly.
TripFox24.com provides the necessary facilities for the users to get in contact directly with the operator.
TripFox24.com offers its services with the general terms and conditions set out below:

§ 1 Prestige area

For the commercial relationship between TripFox24.com and the user/operator, only the general conditions published at the time of the order are valid. The access to this page by any internet user, implies acceptance and compliance with the present general service conditions and any other conditions particular to the specific case. The general terms and conditions maybe saved to a computer by the client or printed, for the object of online ordering

§2 Contractual agreements

The agreement for all items offered on this platform is solely between the user and the operator. The only contract which exists between TripFox24.com and the operator is to offer a variety of services on this platform.

§3 End of Contract

The contract between TripFox24.com and the operator begins when the organizer is in agreement to present his offers on TripFox24.com and accepts the applicable terms and conditions. The physical contract from TripFox24.com could also be sent via email.

§4 Costs

The service will be offered in accordance with the statutes and prices which are in vigor at initiation of the contract. The price is for the duration of the contract, taxes and charges are not included. The price comprises of the membership fee, taxes and other charges. All prices are indicated in Euros (€).

§5  Payments and Taxes

At the time of the order, the member decides whether they wish to make the payment by direct debit, credit card or invoice. TripFox24.com maintains the right to only accept advance payments or credit card
For payments via invoice the operator must pay the agreed amount within 7 days of publishing the item. Payments are accounted for once the tripsc can access the payment.
For payments by bank transfer from overseas, the operator must assume all costs involved.
If the payment made by the operator is not made in its entirety or if numerous payments must be made,  TripFox24.com reserves the right to block any of the selected objects until payment has been received in its totality in accordance. The subscription period remains set. All prices are plus IGIC, which in accordance with Canarian fiscal law must be paid by all owners resident in the Canary Islands.
Payments from overseas and owners who are resident on the continent are not subject to IGIC, however they must pay any applicable taxes in their country of origin along with any possible costs incurred with transfers.

§6 Unauthorized Use

Unless otherwise provided within these Terms of TripFox24.com, or unless otherwise applicable law requires us to allow you to do so, you may not do any of the following without our prior written consent:

- Copy, reproduce, upload, post, display, republish, distribute, or transmit any part of the content in any form whatsoever
- Reproduce any part of the site on any other website , using any device including, but not limited to, use of a frame or border environment around the Site, or other framing technique to enclose any part or aspect of the site, or mirror or replicate any portion of the site
- Modify, translate into any language or computer language, or create derivative works from, any content or any part of this site
- Reverse engineer any part of this site, save to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
- Sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any part of the site in any form to any third parties
- Use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, or keep a database copy of the content or any portion of the site
- Use the site other than to advertise and/or research holiday rentals and to make legitimate enquiries to our members
- Use the site to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation, or any reservation in anticipation of demand
- Post or transmit any information that constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact
- Use or access the site in any way that adversely affects the performance or function of the Site, or any other computer systems or networks used by us or the Site, or infringes on our copyright or any copyright of our clients 
- Upload or transmit to the site or use any device, software or routine that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere or attempt to interfere with, or intercept, the normal operation of the Site, or appropriate the site or any system, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party

§7 Finalization of the advertising period

The advertisement regarding the offer on the website TripFox24.com ends when the membership ends. The details provided by the operator remain on the database for 2 months after the finalization of membership. If the operator wishes to have the details removed before the end of this period or wishes to end the contract early, it can be done through the members area or via e-mail on support at tripfox24.com.

§8 Changes to Site / Unavailability of Site

TripFox24.com may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site at any time, including the availability of any site features, database, or content, where we have legal, commercial or technical reasons to do so. We may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict your access to parts or all of the site for similar reasons. There may also be times when the site becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by us or on the Internet. We will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee continuous access to the site or any of its specific features.

§9 Responsibilty

TripFox24.com is in no way responsible for the quality, accuracy or legality of the offers listed, or contents or entries in the guest book. The licences of  the operators to offer their services and the solvency of the users is the sole responsibility of the members and users of the home rental services.

§10 Data protection, security copies

The operator is aware and accepts that their personal details will be processed and stored on the database. He has the right to revoke their consent at any time in the future. TripFox24.com is obliged to, in case of revoked consent to immediately suppress all personal data, other than if a billing process hasn´t been completely resolved.

§11 Rights of the author, penal rights

The TripFox24.com website is protected as a database and also its contents (eg. But not limited to text, photographs, maps etc.) and works, in the sense of authors rights and/ or rights in conjunction with other laws of intellectual property, international agreements and other laws for example regarding competence. Texts, images, photographs and other materials pertaining to the website (collectively, content), are designed exclusively for personal use. All contents of the website are private property. The copying or saving of the content for uses other than personal, commercial use without prior written agreement from ourselves or respective owner of the rights is not permitted. In the context of searching for trips and activities for personal, none commercial use,  you have the right to copy each part of the page and if necessary also the right to print it. The copyright information "© 2010 TripFox24.com - All rights reserved" should appear on all pertinent sections.
With regards to the transmission of the images on the website, photographs and text, the owner maintains sole responsibility and TripFox24.com assumes that the legitimate authors rights have been respected. The member is responsible for any damages or problems arising from an infraction of these rights.
The member assures the establishment that none of the contents are in violation of the penal code and especially that they do not contravene the laws governing distribution of child pornography, etc.
The member is aware that their personal details are saved to a database during the membership period. They are conscious that this data will be accessed and worked on. This process is regulated in Spain by the law of "Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal".
All data will be treated confidentially by both the parties implicated in the contract. The member reserves the right to revoke their consent at any time. TripFox24.com agrees to remove all data from their database and online memory area as soon as consent is revoked.
In addition the member gives permission to TripFox24.com to use his images and texts for advertising purpose for the platform.

§12 Jurisdiction and applicable law

Any litigation with regard to this is exclusively governed by Spanish law.
For any type of controversy arising from the use of the services offered, website contents or the interruption or execution of the present conditions, the parties are solely under the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura

§13 Severability

If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
